Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build responsive frontend applications using Angular or React.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations using Java and/or Node.js.
- Design database schemas, queries, and performance optimizations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support deployment automation.
- Develop automated tests and apply secure coding practices.
- Monitor application performance and support logging and observability initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to system design decisions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in application development, system analysis, and/or database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications.
- Experience with frontend development using Angular or React.
- Experience with backend development using Java and/or Node.js.
- Knowledge of API design and integration, software design principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Experience with AWS services, containerization using Docker or Kubernetes, and infrastructure fundamentals.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, RESTful APIs or GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with automated testing, security best practices, application monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Preferred experience includes GraphQL, front-end observability, personalization engines, design token automation, agentic AI patterns, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, analytics-driven experimentation, A/B testing, Confluent Kafka, and AI engineering.
