Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop backend APIs and AI flows for user experience insights.
- Take ownership of product features from design to implementation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to debug and improve systems.
- Contribute to both backend and full-stack development as needed.
- Write reliable, testable code and document designs for team use.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong focus on product usability and outcomes.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and willingness to switch from other languages.
- Solid understanding of data structures, RESTful APIs, and SQL.
- Effective communication skills for design discussions and feedback.
- Motivated to learn about distributed AI workflows and inference systems.
