Responsibilities
- Prototype, iterate, and deploy low-code AI applications, agents, bots, workflows, and data integrations.
- Build solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and approved Microsoft AI services.
- Configure connectors, APIs, authentication, workflow orchestration, and enterprise data integrations.
- Apply prompt engineering and RAG patterns to create grounded AI experiences connected to approved enterprise data sources.
- Create prompt flows, reusable components, governed solution patterns, documentation, and testing evidence.
- Conduct functional, usability, and quality testing; resolve defects and refine solutions using user feedback and performance results.
- Translate approved business use cases into scalable technical solutions with cross-functional and IT partners.
- Prepare technical demonstrations, walkthroughs, support documentation, and handoff materials.
- Support deployment, monitoring, maintenance, observability, and controlled enhancements of released solutions.
- Follow responsible AI, privacy, security, data classification, accessibility, architecture, application lifecycle management, and production deployment requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related technology field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience building low-code applications, workflow automations, or business solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or a comparable conversational or agent platform.
- At least 2 years of experience configuring connectors, APIs, authentication, and data integrations in an enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of prompt design, AI grounding, RAG concepts, and responsible generative AI use.
- Experience testing, troubleshooting, documenting, and supporting solutions through development and release.
- At least 2 years of experience working in governed enterprise environments and following security, privacy, data, and deployment standards.
- Preferred experience includes Microsoft AI Builder, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Prompt Flow, Dataverse, Power Platform application lifecycle management, enterprise data sources, evaluation techniques, human-in-the-loop controls, reusable solution patterns, source control, release management, production support, and sales or marketing processes.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or related technologies are preferred.
