Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer-facing engineer for EEA engagements and support global customers.
- Manage release delivery, deployment, configuration, upgrades, monitoring, incident management, and ongoing product operations.
- Validate release quality, troubleshoot customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with development teams.
- Participate in deployments and integrations across public or private cloud environments and on-premise setups.
- Create runbooks and knowledge base content, improve internal processes, and help reduce repeat incidents and onboarding time.
- Manage customer expectations, communicate updates, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with product management, development, QA, and sales.
- Support and progressively lead engagement projects and more complex customer cases.
Requirements
- Solid working knowledge of Linux and hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with one or more public or private cloud environments.
- Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and load balancing.
- Strong problem-solving, solution-focused, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and techniques quickly.
- Comfort working under pressure and providing occasional weekend or night support.
