Responsibilities
- Work directly with strategic customers and partners to onboard, integrate, architect, deploy, and optimize solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Architect and deploy GPU, HPC, and AI infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Slurm, Kubernetes, and other automation frameworks.
- Build automated cluster provisioning, software deployment, infrastructure-as-code, performance monitoring, and capacity-planning solutions.
- Define, tailor, and validate high-performance and accelerated-computing solutions for enterprise customers.
- Support LLM-based applications, agentic AI systems, and robotic AI platforms from architecture through production readiness.
- Advise customers, partners, sales teams, support teams, and engineering organizations as a trusted technical advisor.
- Create and promote architecture best practices, technical collateral, reference architectures, deployment guides, and implementation patterns.
- Identify and communicate technical risks, design gaps, dependencies, and customer-impacting issues.
- Partner with OCI engineering teams to influence product direction, validate features, and integrate new OCI services.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure performance, scalability, reliability, and availability issues and implement mitigations.
- Participate in service-impacting incidents, drive remediation, perform root cause analysis, and complete corrective actions.
- Define and improve operational processes, procedures, and change-management practices for strategic customers.
- Document infrastructure designs, configurations, procedures, and lessons learned for repeatability and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in accelerated computing, AI infrastructure, GPU and HPC clusters, cloud architecture, and customer solution deployment.
- Strong consultative pre-sales technical consulting and solution engineering capability with direct customer engagement.
- Experience building infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Slurm, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and operational readiness.
- Ability to produce SME-level technical documentation, reference architectures, deployment guides, and implementation patterns.
- Ability to advise enterprise customers and collaborate effectively with sales, support, and engineering organizations.
- Ability to participate in incident response, root cause analysis, technical escalations, and risk reduction.
