Responsibilities
- Architect and build platforms that connect security analysis tools into automated pipelines.
- Design systems for component communication, workload scheduling and distribution, and aggregation of analysis results.
- Integrate custom-built and external security capabilities into a unified analysis ecosystem.
- Deploy, maintain, and iterate on containerized services and infrastructure.
- Implement service APIs, authentication, access controls, monitoring, and observability.
- Identify opportunities for AI-informed automation and LLM-assisted analysis.
- Collaborate with vulnerability researchers to understand workflows, bottlenecks, and platform needs.
- Translate complex technical systems for engineers, researchers, and leadership.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills in systems and scripting languages such as Python, Swift, C, and C++.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, LLM-assisted analysis, or intelligent automation pipelines.
- Experience designing and building complex distributed systems or multi-component service architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, cloud or on-premises infrastructure, and modern DevOps practices.
- Prior experience building or scaling security research tooling for production use is preferred.
- Experience integrating heterogeneous tooling ecosystems into cohesive platforms is preferred.
- Significant engineering experience, including multifunctional technical leadership, is preferred.
- Ability to architect solutions to ambiguous, cross-functional problems from initial design through delivery.
- Understanding of vulnerability research concepts, offensive security tooling, or static, dynamic, or binary security analysis workflows.
