- Design, implement, and deploy high-speed network technologies supporting AI and LLM applications.
- Design and develop platforms and systems for monitoring, analyzing, and diagnosing large-scale AI and LLM networks.
- Research and develop high-performance AI communication frameworks and network protocol stacks.
- Optimize host-network-application co-design to improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI and LLM networks.
- Build next-generation AI network infrastructure supporting large-scale heterogeneous network hardware with innovative, deployable solutions.
Requirements
- Candidates must be completing or have recently completed a PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in computer networking and network programming is preferred.
- Proficiency in one or more mainstream programming languages, including C/C++, Python, or Go, is preferred.
- Familiarity with high-speed network systems, including RDMA, congestion control, and AI network optimization, is preferred.
- Experience developing high-performance communication frameworks such as NCCL, MPI, and RPC libraries is a plus.
- Experience developing software systems for AI network diagnosis and performance optimization is a plus.
- Candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of 2027 and should state availability and graduation date clearly on their resume.
