Base Salary
$120k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites up to 35% of the time to build on site and conduct demonstrations.
- Participate in implementing and integrating Commure solutions into client environments.
- Provide technical assistance and solve problems during deployment and integration.
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals.
- Support development and engineering teams in creating tailored healthcare solutions.
- Identify and address technical challenges during project implementation.
- Create and update technical documentation for client onboarding and system maintenance.
- Monitor healthcare technology and regulatory trends and propose relevant solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of engineering principles and system design.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
- Experience building 0-1 products.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and engage confidently with clients.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for a fast-paced, client-focused healthcare environment.
