Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Solution Delivery Managers to create technical blueprints, multi-phased Statements of Work, and technical roadmaps.
Design and execute technical demonstrations, architectural spikes, and proof-of-concepts, particularly for Agentic AI integrations and complex platform configurations.
Conduct AI-readiness assessments covering integration paths, data readiness, and guardrails for non-deterministic AI workflows.
Act as a technical advisor during sales cycles for enterprise architects, CTOs, and other technical decision-makers.
Lead architecture for billable customer engagements involving enterprise-grade OutSystems applications and multi-agent AI ecosystems.
Perform code and architecture reviews and oversee integration quality, performance, security, and scalability.
Direct implementation of LLM orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
Create reusable delivery playbooks from project learnings, custom connectors, and architectural patterns across EMEA.

6+ years of combined experience in enterprise solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or technical delivery within an IT Professional Services environment.
Proven success winning complex software deals through technical leadership and delivering high-value enterprise applications.
Deep hands-on expertise with the OutSystems low-code platform, including integration patterns, architecture design, and performance tuning.
Practical knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG, token-cost guardrails, and data-privacy guardrails.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, MVP definition, work-breakdown structures, Statements of Work, project margins, and scope boundaries.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required OutSystems Architecture or Expert Developer Certification.
OutSystems Specialist Agentic AI Certification is valued, along with TOGAF, AWS or Azure Cloud Architect, and Agile/Scrum certifications.
