Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for Territory and Quota Planning and Incentive Compensation Management.
- Lead model building efforts including requirements gathering, design, development, UAT, training, and production support.
- Utilize Anaplan architecture best practices to improve existing models.
- Identify feature gaps and planning process inefficiencies within the sales organization.
- Design and oversee multi-model, multi-workspace architectures.
- Define end-to-end data flows, integrations, and system dependencies.
- Partner with IT and Data teams for governed integrations.
- Own model lifecycle management and technical governance.
- Evaluate new Anaplan capabilities and drive architectural evolution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise Anaplan solutions.
- Prior experience in sales operations, finance, or business systems.
- Proven track record as a Product Owner or Developer for complex business systems.
- Deep expertise in Anaplan best practices.
- Experience designing and governing enterprise integrations.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Certified Anaplan Developer or Solution Architect.
- Preferred: Experience in high-growth or post-merger environments.
- Preferred: Familiarity with agile product delivery at enterprise scale.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and data visualization platforms.
- Preferred: Proficiency in SQL.
