Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for territory and quota planning and incentive compensation management.
- Lead model-building efforts through requirements gathering, design, development, UAT, training, and production support.
- Apply Anaplan architecture best practices, including DISCO, ALM, UX, and performance optimization.
- Improve existing models for performance, usability, auditability, and long-term scalability.
- Identify sales-organization feature gaps and planning-process inefficiencies.
- Design and oversee scalable multi-model, multi-workspace architectures.
- Define end-to-end data flows, integrations, and system dependencies.
- Partner with IT and Data teams to design governed integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP systems, and data platforms.
- Own model lifecycle management, versioning, and technical governance.
- Evaluate new Anaplan capabilities and drive architectural evolution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience delivering enterprise Anaplan solutions.
- Prior experience in sales operations, finance, business systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Developer for complex business systems.
- Deep expertise in Anaplan best practices, including DISCO, ALM, UX, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and governing enterprise integrations involving Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP systems, and data platforms.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Certified Anaplan Developer or Anaplan Solution Architect.
- Preferred: Experience in high-growth, transformation, or post-merger environments.
- Preferred: Familiarity with agile product delivery at enterprise scale.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and data visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Preferred: Proficiency in SQL.
