Responsibilities
- Manage system configurations, diagnose and fix technical issues, and provide post-installation and integration support.
- Create and review work guidelines, specifications, process documentation, design documentation, and technical engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with partners to analyze business specifications, recommend integration solutions, and resolve issues.
- Identify systemic trends across developer ecosystems and influence product and engineering decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience in software engineering focused on server-side programming and server management.
- Preferred experience with mobile application development for Android or iOS.
- Preferred programming experience in Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred experience in systems engineering, including systems integration or systems testing.
