Responsibilities
- Engage with Chief Technical Officers and engineering leads to share technology roadmaps and define solution strategies.
- Lead technical discussions and solution deep dives with users.
- Advocate for customers internally to ensure their needs are represented.
- Plan and participate in quarterly business reviews and collaborate on account planning.
- Create technical content and speak as a thought leader at industry conferences.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, or related roles, with at least 1 year in a customer-facing pre-sales role.
- Strong technical knowledge in software architecture and comfortable discussing technical concepts.
- Ability to write code.
- Experience with large enterprise customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
