Responsibilities
- Engage CTOs, engineering leads, and other technical stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and solution strategies.
- Lead technical discussions and solution deep dives demonstrating the value of Stripe.
- Represent customer needs internally and influence product engineering direction and priorities.
- Plan and participate in quarterly business reviews and collaborate on account planning.
- Create reference architectures, demos, and other technical content for customers and industry audiences.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent, including at least 4 years in a customer-facing pre-sales role.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and breadth across technology stacks with deep hands-on technical skills.
- Ability to write code and explain technical concepts from product-feature and API-architecture perspectives.
- Experience working with large enterprise customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to large audiences.
- Payments systems and e-commerce solutions experience is preferred but not required.
