Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls, technical qualification, deal strategy, and sales-cycle execution.
- Deliver customer-focused demonstrations and design repeatable demo methodologies across Synthesia’s product lines.
- Scope and support proofs of concept, pilots, integrations, and technical solution designs.
- Identify technical objections, integration questions, opportunity risks, dependencies, and next steps.
- Build reusable demo environments, use-case assets, integration templates, objection-handling materials, and industry playbooks.
- Provide technical guidance on APIs, SDK integrations, security, compliance, enterprise identity, and global scalability.
- Develop technical champions within customer organizations and provide technical context to Customer Success at handoff.
- Share customer feedback and product gaps with Product and collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and competitive assets.
- Maintain expertise in Synthesia’s platform, roadmap, AI-native learning and enablement use cases, and new releases.
- Manage a growing portfolio of POCs, demos, and customer conversations while traveling to customer meetings as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment, or equivalent technical customer-facing experience.
- Ability to deliver strong discovery-aligned demonstrations using established demo techniques such as Tell-Show-Tell.
- Experience applying solution designs and best practices to customer use cases in collaboration with Product and Customer Success.
- Ability to identify deal risks and next steps and communicate them clearly to Account Executives.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Technical fundamentals in at least one area such as creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, or compliance.
- Resourcefulness, organization, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple POCs, demos, and customer conversations.
- Willingness to travel for customer discovery and on-site demonstrations as needed.
- German-language proficiency is indicated by the job title.
