Responsibilities
- Support mid-market and enterprise GRC opportunities in partnership with Sales and Solutions teams.
- Own technical pre-sales wins through solution validation, design, and risk mitigation.
- Design and deliver tailored demos, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concepts.
- Build demo prototypes, automation scripts, reusable technical tools, and integration examples using Python.
- Develop data ingestion, transformation, API integration, process automation, and orchestration workflows.
- Use REST APIs to integrate Diligent with third-party enterprise systems.
- Prepare technical narratives, diagrams, demo assets, and supporting customer materials.
- Present technical solutions to technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Management on new capabilities, roadmap awareness, and customer feedback.
- Support Marketing webinars, conferences, thought-leadership initiatives, and internal technical enablement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, such as pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, software implementation, or integration.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including REST APIs, data handling and transformation, automation scripts, and tooling.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas and Requests.
- Exposure to workflow automation platforms, data pipelines, ETL processes, security tooling, and audit or compliance tooling.
- Experience building demo environments or reusable technical tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise or regulated customers.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and complex buying committees.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business-value articulation.
- Preferred experience in governance, risk, compliance, or audit environments.
- Experience with GRC platforms, regulated industries, or enterprise data workflows is preferred.
