Responsibilities
- Lead early-stage retailer pilots in EMEA through technical guidance, architectural reviews, and integration support.
- Develop code samples, technical tools, reference implementations, and integration recipes for partner testing and validation.
- Provide technical subject matter expertise, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for strategic retail partners within service level agreements.
- Collaborate with Core Engineering and Product Management teams across California, London, and Zurich to test protocol capabilities and improve specifications.
- Analyze pilot edge cases, partner telemetry, and technical feedback to advocate for data-driven product and feature improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in computer engineering, software development, or building technical tools, including writing code to create solutions.
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting, partner engineering, or a client-facing technical role.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management, such as process improvement, operational reviews, or workflow optimization.
- Experience with HTTP/REST, JSON, and programming in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Java.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, APIs, webhooks, or merchant integration ecosystems.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes APIs, webhooks, and modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Java.
Benefits
- Ireland base pay is €90000–€92000 EUR, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
