Responsibilities
- Implement content management platforms for life sciences customers.
- Lead business process discovery and application design workshops.
- Translate client process requirements into workable solution designs.
- Oversee solution build, testing, and deployment.
- Create process documentation and project deliverables.
- Plan and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing support.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva Commercial Content applications and define their fit within customer software ecosystems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technology implementation projects as a Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Project Manager.
- Strong consulting experience with the ability to architect solutions, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Based in Europe with the legal right to work.
