Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and architectural discussions with customer stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
- Build and present proofs of concept demonstrating modern data pipelines, generative AI applications, intelligent agents, and automated workflows.
- Guide customers in architecting secure, scalable cloud and edge solutions connecting enterprise systems and operational environments.
- Partner with Sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop technical account strategies, and communicate quantifiable business value.
- Represent customer needs and feedback to Google Cloud engineering and product teams.
- Support automotive and manufacturing customers with cloud modernization, smart manufacturing, technical diagnostics, quality inspection, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
- Experience with conversational agents and generative AI concepts, including large language models, fine-tuning, agentic systems, grounding, function calling, and orchestration.
- Experience working with customers in the automotive or manufacturing verticals.
- Fluent English and German communication skills.
- Preferred: master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience applying cloud technologies and AI solutions to manufacturing or automotive business challenges.
- Preferred: practical experience designing and implementing architectures, data pipelines, or agentic AI workflows such as custom agents, retrieval-augmented systems, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Preferred: experience identifying and developing business opportunities in technical sales or consulting roles.
- Ability to present complex techno-functional information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Benefits
- Germany base pay is €92000–€94000 EUR, plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
