Responsibilities
- Guide customers through platform deployment, configuration, and optimization.
- Troubleshoot Postgres-backed data workflows and frontend/backend code with customers.
- Help customers design effective prompting and AI-related workflows.
- Build customer relationships and act as a technical liaison between customers, product, and engineering.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product and documentation improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience with demonstrated business impact through written code.
- Hands-on technical customer experience involving deployment, configuration, or troubleshooting in customer environments.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL and Postgres-backed data workflows.
- Experience with prompting and AI or LLM-driven workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and interest in AI-native products.
- Pragmatic and collaborative mindset.
