Responsibilities

  • Own solution blueprints covering business capabilities, processes, system landscapes, integration patterns, and clearly defined scopes for healthcare clients.
  • Provide strategic consulting and technical direction to development teams, including ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and software architects to deliver holistic solution architectures.
  • Coordinate nearshore, offshore, and external partner teams to ensure reliable and consistent solutions.
  • Support business development activities and training for successful solution adoption.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in computer science, mathematics, software engineering, or a comparable IT-related field.
  • At least four years of experience implementing innovative solutions such as mobile apps or web applications, ideally in healthcare.
  • Deep understanding of mobile development for iOS and Android, including Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose.
  • Knowledge of backend development with Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes, plus system architecture covering networks, infrastructure, and security.
  • C1-level proficiency in German and English.
  • Further relevant certifications are advantageous.
