Responsibilities
- Own solution blueprints covering business capabilities, processes, system landscapes, and integration patterns for healthcare customers.
- Provide strategic consulting and technical direction to development teams while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and software architects to deliver holistic solution architectures.
- Coordinate nearshore, offshore, and external partner teams to ensure reliable and consistent solutions.
- Support business development activities and training for successful solution adoption.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science, mathematics, software engineering, or a comparable IT-related field.
- At least 4 years of experience implementing innovative solutions such as mobile applications or web applications.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- C1-level German and English language skills.
- Deep understanding of mobile development for iOS and Android, backend development, and system architecture.
- Experience or knowledge with Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, networking, infrastructure, and security.
- Further professional certifications are advantageous.
