Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Data Streams from Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems.
- Build and maintain Data Model Objects, identity resolution rules, data transforms, calculated insights, and customer segments.
- Write and optimize SQL for calculated insights and investigate missing data, incorrect unification, and data mismatches.
- Support UAT, deployments, post-go-live production issues, defect resolution, and solution optimization.
- Collaborate with architects and analysts to implement technical designs and participate in code reviews, testing, and release cycles.
- Document Data 360 configurations and technical data flows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience and 3–5 years of Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on experience configuring and developing Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360 solutions, including Data Streams, DMOs, identity resolution, data transforms, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation.
- Strong SQL skills, including joins and aggregations; window functions are preferred.
- Experience with JSON, APIs, data integration pipelines, event-based data, and customer engagement tracking.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce metadata, objects, and permissions.
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge is preferred.
- Exposure to Zero Copy, Document AI, Semantic Layer, or Salesforce Agentforce integrated with Data Cloud is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and solution design skills.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory; Agentforce Specialist and Salesforce AI Associate certifications are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
