Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Azure infrastructure for Clio’s production environments.
- Implement and evolve reproducible and compliant Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
- Collaborate with developers to improve deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience.
- Enhance observability and reliability through improved alerting, monitoring, and incident response.
- Contribute to cloud optimization initiatives involving performance, cost efficiency, scaling, and security posture.
- Mentor and guide team members while promoting technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Partner with Security, MLOps, and Product Engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and compliant systems.
- Define agentic patterns for building, deploying, and observing cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Deep experience designing, deploying, and operating Azure infrastructure at scale.
- Expertise with Terraform and infrastructure automation.
- Coding experience beyond scripting, including application development or robust automation frameworks and tooling.
- Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Proficiency with containerization and cluster management using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication, documentation, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with Kubernetes AKS in production environments is a bonus.
- Understanding of Azure cost management, scaling, and multi-account strategies is a bonus.
- Prior experience in developer productivity or internal tooling teams is a bonus.
- Interest in improving engineering practice through the use of AI.
