Base Salary
$137k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own backend APIs and gRPC services.
- Build and evolve real-time backend services and data pipelines.
- Leverage AI and LLMs to enhance automation and customer intelligence.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize features.
- Provide technical leadership through design reviews and mentorship.
- Design and maintain automated CI/CD workflows for production readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years of experience with Golang.
- Experience designing and consuming REST and gRPC APIs.
- Strong distributed systems fundamentals.
- Ability to participate in technical discussions and drive data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
