Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact network management projects.
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Facilitate alignment across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
- Build automation systems for complex network lifecycle operations, including expansion, upgrades, and decommissioning of network sub-components.
Requirements
- Bachelor ’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Eight years of experience programming in C++.
- Five years of experience with software design and architecture and testing or launching software products.
- Experience in networking and systems infrastructure.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Eight years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: Five years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: Three years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: Experience in network infrastructure and software-defined networking.
