Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery workshops and align requirements with best-practice solutions.
- Explain complex client and vendor concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Develop expertise in and implement Veeva Vault CRM solutions.
- Plan, manage, and perform application build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Set up users and provide hands-on technical troubleshooting.
- Monitor interdependencies across program and project workstreams.
- Create project deliverables, process standards, and other implementation documentation.
- Plan after-go-live support and ongoing application changes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of consulting or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
- Ability to communicate complex client and vendor concepts to varied audiences.
- Strong presentation and solution design skills.
- Ability to meet future travel requirements; implementation assignments may require up to 25% travel.
- Experience with life sciences customers or industries such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, or CRM is preferred.
