Responsibilities
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with Business Application Owners and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure test datasets and validation-environment accounts are available for test campaigns.
- Execute functional and non-regression tests across the supported applications.
- Open, track, and manage defects during test campaigns.
- Update and maintain non-regression test scripts as applications evolve.
- Participate in meetings throughout the testing and deployment process.
- Support Business Application Owners with requirements dossiers, features, user stories, maturity activities, change requests, test strategies, and test cases.
- Participate in support analysis for the supported applications.
Requirements
- Qualified engineer, preferably a graduate.
- Experience with user acceptance testing.
- Knowledge of SGML and XML.
- Knowledge of the Customer Services organization.
- General IT environment knowledge and IT development experience.
- Understanding of project management, SDLC, and STLC.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Advanced English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, autonomy, coordination, reporting, proactive, and customer-oriented abilities.
