Responsibilities

  • Develop intelligent agents and agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Build stateful agent flows, tool integrations, multi-step reasoning pipelines, RAG pipelines, prompt templates, and reusable components.
  • Translate requirements into AI-agent modules and contribute to enhancements for existing agentic solutions.
  • Perform prompt engineering, response tuning, context management, and optimization of performance, latency, and response quality.
  • Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources and support deployment on Azure.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, development, and business analysis teams on build, deployment, monitoring, testing, debugging, and validation.
  • Follow responsible AI, security, data privacy, coding-standard, and enterprise-guideline practices.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and ongoing learning about agentic AI and Azure AI services.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
  • 15 years of full-time education.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure OpenAI using GPT-5.0 or higher.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience building LLM-based applications.
  • Experience with API development; FastAPI is preferred.
  • Understanding of agentic AI concepts, including reasoning, tool usage, workflows, and basic multi-agent orchestration.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG concepts, vector databases, and basic LLM evaluation and tuning.
  • Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Basic understanding of cloud deployments and logging or monitoring tools.
