Responsibilities
- Embed with product and engineering teams to understand workflows and build custom automations, integrations, and AI-augmented tools.
- Build agentic and LLM-powered workflows for log analysis, repetitive processes, content generation, and data wrangling.
- Generalize successful one-off solutions into reusable internal tools, templates, frameworks, and platforms.
- Integrate Claude, Cursor, other AI vendors, and internal systems into cross-tool workflows.
- Build data pipelines that aggregate and normalize vendor spend and usage by team.
- Develop measurement layers connecting adoption with outcomes and provide spend and efficiency signals.
- Build telemetry and observability into tools, maintain reliability, and establish reusable engineering patterns.
Requirements
- At least 3.5 years of experience in a software engineering role and a track record of independently shipping and owning workstreams.
- Proficiency in one or more of TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, or a similar language, with willingness to work across the stack.
- Experience building shared frameworks, internal tools, or platforms used by engineers or other teams.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs and building data pipelines or integrations across multiple sources.
- Systems thinking, including the ability to turn solutions for one team into reusable tools for many teams.
- A measurement mindset with skepticism about correlation versus causation and an instinct to instrument shipped work.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for embedding with teams and earning their trust.
- Demonstrated alignment with Priceline values including customer focus, innovation, teamwork, accountability, trust, integrity, and ethics.
