Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA robots and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build business applications with Microsoft Power Apps and automated workflows with Power Automate.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on AWS.
- Implement and integrate AI-powered features using AWS Bedrock.
- Document solutions, monitor automation performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, end users, and vendors.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in automation development.
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms, Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps, and Power Automate Cloud flows.
- Knowledge of core AWS services, including S3 and Lambda, plus practical experience implementing AI solutions with AWS Bedrock.
- Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- JavaScript proficiency and experience with at least one additional programming language such as Python, C#, or Java.
- Proficiency with React, Angular, or Vue.js and with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience analyzing complex business processes and working in Agile environments.
- Experience with intelligent document processing solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, or AWS certifications are preferred; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
