Base Salary
$200k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer-facing products and core platform capabilities across backend, data, infrastructure, and frontend surfaces.
- Design and operate high-volume data pipelines and services with strong reliability, security, and observability.
- Build and reliably operate AI agents, agent harnesses, and developer tools at very large scale.
- Make architecture decisions, explain tradeoffs, and iterate designs as assumptions change.
- Work directly with founders and customers to turn ambiguous requests into product decisions and working software.
- Use modern AI tools while maintaining engineering judgment and accountability.
Requirements
- 1 to 6 years of relevant professional engineering experience.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, ideally supported by a rigorous academic background.
- Proven experience owning a production system end to end, from concept through deployment and ongoing operations.
- Strong backend coding skills involving APIs, data models, and distributed systems.
- Experience at an early-stage startup shipping across both product and infrastructure.
- Experience building and operating high-volume data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native development, including LLMs, agent frameworks, and related tooling.
- Familiarity with identity resolution, data enrichment, or matching systems at scale is a plus.
