Base Salary

$180k - $240k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship product features across the stack.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems and data sources.
Develop infrastructure for AI-powered product capabilities.
Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Translate requirements into production software through collaboration with founders and users.
Partner with customers during implementation and onboarding.
Configure integrations, data mappings, and deployment workflows.
Incorporate customer feedback into product decisions.
Support and maintain the systems built, including incident response.
Establish engineering practices around testing, deployments, and code review.
Mentor future team members and shape the engineering culture.

3–5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing software.
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web application development.
Full-stack experience across front-end applications, APIs, and databases.
Experience building and deploying AI-enabled product features.
Familiarity with prompt management and modern LLM tooling.
Strong product judgment and ability to work with limited oversight.
Experience in customer-facing engineering roles or solutions engineering.
Familiarity with enterprise deployment requirements and compliance standards.
