Responsibilities
- Deploy, debug, and integrate Method platform into customer environments.
- Troubleshoot Method Platform operations with users.
- Map and understand technical workflows from users and create solutions with Method Engineering.
- Develop security tools to integrate into Method Platform.
- Create and manage test range environments for onboarding and training.
- Serve as the customer-facing technical and security expert.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop new features and user experiences.
Requirements
- Technical background in computer science or cybersecurity.
- Deep curiosity about systems and a commitment to becoming a security expert.
- Proficiency in software development, preferably in Python and Go.
- High agency mindset to proactively identify and solve issues.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-security stakeholders.
