Base Salary
$230k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build reporting and experimentation systems for analyzing and visualizing millions of data points about AI agent performance.
- Enable agent developers to run A/B tests and make data-driven decisions about agent behavior.
- Build Explorer, an AI-powered conversational data exploration tool with clustering capabilities.
- Develop systems to proactively monitor agents for defects and emerging patterns.
- Build and ship full-stack solutions and drive outcomes with substantial autonomy.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Passion for frontier AI products and motivation to work in a high-autonomy environment.
- Preferred: experience building AI-powered products, a sharp eye for design, and experience with Go and TypeScript.
- Preferred: experience building developer tooling, programming languages, or databases.
- Preferred: leadership experience on technical projects or teams.
