Base Salary
$140k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale connectors to various SaaS and on-prem systems.
- Handle full syncs and low-latency incremental updates via webhooks/APIs.
- Build advanced capabilities in data sources like actions and query language support.
- Transform raw enterprise content into structured, permission-aware representations.
- Design document schemas and enrichment pipelines.
- Expand AI product capabilities through deep integrations.
- Own end-to-end correctness, freshness, and performance for large data flows.
- Solve complex problems in distributed systems and data processing.
- Preserve fine-grained access controls and sensitivity constraints.
- Collaborate with teams to define enterprise context exposure to AI.
- Improve observability and automation for onboarding larger customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building production backend or data infrastructure systems.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and large-scale storage.
- Strong understanding of SLOs, error budgets, and correctness guarantees.
- Comfortable with strict consistency and permission-modeling challenges.
- Experience with enterprise connectors, search/indexing, or security-sensitive systems is a plus.
- Passionate about building a trustworthy data foundation for AI.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools in your workflow.
