Base Salary
$194k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver cloud-based infrastructure projects.
- Design and implement robust backend frameworks and microservices.
- Champion scalable and resilient solutions across the engineering organization.
- Integrate modern AI-driven developer tooling to enhance performance testing.
- Conduct design and code reviews to maintain high programming standards.
- Lead incident Root Cause Analysis processes to improve reliability.
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver secure and dependable software.
- Mentor new engineering hires and interns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a software developer with expert-level knowledge of Java.
- Deep understanding of microservices and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Proven track record in addressing scaling and performance bottlenecks in SaaS environments.
- Experience or strong interest in generative AI utilities and developer assistance tools.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills for managing technical projects.
- Previous experience in platform reliability or core infrastructure roles is highly valued.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
