Base Salary

$194k - $243k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver cloud-based infrastructure projects that resolve reliability issues and support service scalability.
Build backend frameworks, tools, microservices, and library components for organization-wide use.
Champion scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant system designs across engineering teams.
Integrate AI-driven developer tooling, automated diagnostics, and predictive monitoring to improve testing, debugging, and reliability.
Lead design and code reviews and implement high-quality unit and functional tests.
Participate in and lead incident root cause analysis and develop long-term reliability mitigations.
Collaborate with Architects, QA, Product Owners, Engineering Services, and Tech Ops.
Mentor new engineering hires and interns.

8+ years of experience as a software developer with deep, expert-level Java knowledge.
Golang experience is a strong plus.
Experience architecting, implementing, tuning, and debugging global cloud software.
Deep understanding of microservices, cloud infrastructure, and container ecosystems including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience addressing scaling, redundancy, and performance bottlenecks in high-availability, multi-tenant SaaS environments.
Practical experience or strong interest in generative AI utilities and developer assistance tools.
Strong communication and leadership skills, including coordinating high-impact technical projects and influencing technical direction.
Experience in platform reliability, resilience, or core infrastructure is highly valued.
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or U.S. national; U.S. visa holders do not qualify.
