Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, debug, and optimize scalable full-stack applications.
- Implement GenAI solutions and contribute to AI platform capability development across the organization.
- Develop reusable frameworks, programs, standards, and software architecture solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Review code and provide feedback on coding standards, quality, and best practices.
- Write unit tests and collaborate with QA engineers to resolve defects.
- Work with architects and cross-functional teams on requirements analysis, solution design, and delivery.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and maintain technical and code documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- 7+ years of experience developing IT solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, ReactJS, and related technologies.
- Experience developing GenAI applications using vector stores, RAG solutions, context engineering, prompt engineering, and observability.
- Experience with agentic AI development and Java Spring Framework is advantageous.
- Understanding of full-stack development, architecture patterns, RESTful API development, and integration.
- Knowledge of AWS, containerization technologies, object-oriented programming, design patterns, SQL and NoSQL databases such as Redis and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AI/ML techniques, Git, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
