Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases by partnering with business functions to understand operating priorities and pain points.
- Define and execute an Applied AI roadmap aligned with Continuous Improvement, business strategy, and enterprise priorities.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and approaches to guide strategic direction and the operating model.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, reliable AI-powered product features and internal solutions.
- Translate machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI workflows into production-ready applications.
- Establish best practices for experimentation, model evaluation, monitoring, retraining, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
- Promote responsible AI practices, including transparency, risk awareness, and appropriate data use.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to team members and cross-functional partners.
- Align priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines across business, product, engineering, technology, and data teams.
- Explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption of AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in applied AI, machine learning, or AI-enabled product development.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Experience delivering AI solutions into production environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally within product, engineering, and data organizations.
- Finance industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to make independent decisions on AI use-case prioritization, solution design, and implementation strategy.
- Ability to operate autonomously in complex and evolving technical environments and balance technical feasibility, business value, and scalability.
- Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, curiosity, and continuous-learning skills.
