Responsibilities
- Lead AI strategy, technical policy, enterprise architecture, and autonomous-systems planning for financial-services clients.
- Run executive workshops to identify AI use cases, assess organizational readiness, and develop ethical adoption roadmaps.
- Design and deploy production-ready agentic AI, generative AI, LLM, multimodal, document-intelligence, and time-series solutions.
- Architect multi-step autonomous agents using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Translate business challenges into technical plans aligned with data governance, security, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Support pre-sales by acting as an AI subject-matter expert and helping structure and estimate complex projects.
- Establish architecture governance, QA processes, evaluation frameworks, release gates, versioning, audit logging, and risk-management practices.
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms, LLM providers, and vector databases based on performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Lead training, platform-expertise development, practice integration, documentation, and coaching for junior staff.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in technical consulting or professional services, including billable, client-facing specialist work.
- Advanced experience designing and deploying production-ready AI solutions and LLM workflows.
- Proven experience building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents involving reasoning, tool use, and multi-step planning.
- Expertise with leading AI frameworks and comprehensive experience across agentic AI, document intelligence, time series, and multimodal generative AI.
- Experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and integrating machine learning into enterprise pipelines.
- Experience designing organization-level AI evaluation and scoring frameworks with release gates for text, vision, and multimodal models.
- Knowledge of model, prompt, and data versioning; audit logs; risk management; EU AI Act alignment; and AI governance.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, multi-cloud and hybrid architecture, reliability and SLOs, and cost and token governance.
- Preferred experience with Flowise, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, Weaviate, and Milvus.
- Experience with Financial Services is preferred.
- MSc or PhD in a relevant field, or equivalent senior industry experience, is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, consulting, leadership, and coaching abilities.
