Responsibilities
- Shape technical policies, architecture, and strategy for AI and autonomous systems.
- Lead client workshops to identify AI use cases, assess readiness, and create ethical adoption roadmaps.
- Translate business challenges into technical plans aligned with data governance and security standards.
- Architect and deploy multi-step autonomous agents using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Lead AI pre-sales activities, including solution structuring and project estimation.
- Set technical standards and quality processes for AI and MLOps workflows.
- Evaluate AI tools and platforms based on performance and cost.
- Develop AI evaluation and scoring frameworks with release gates, auditability, and risk management.
- Support multi-cloud and hybrid AI architectures, reliability, and cost governance.
- Coach junior staff, lead training, and share AI practice knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in technical consulting or professional services as a billable, client-facing specialist.
- Advanced experience designing and deploying production-ready AI solutions and LLM workflows.
- Proven experience building and orchestrating autonomous AI agents involving reasoning, tool use, and multi-step planning.
- Expert proficiency with AI frameworks and comprehensive experience across agentic AI, document intelligence, time series, and multimodal generative AI.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and integrating machine learning into enterprise pipelines.
- Experience designing organization-level model evaluation and scoring frameworks with release gates.
- Knowledge of AI governance, EU AI Act alignment, model/prompt/data versioning, audit logs, privacy, bias, and risk management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and related MLOps tools, including multi-cloud and hybrid architectures.
- Preferred experience with Flowise, LlamaIndex, and vector platforms such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and Milvus.
- Experience evaluating and standardizing LLM providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Mistral, and Llama.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities; financial-services experience is preferred.
- MSc or PhD in a relevant field, or equivalent senior industry experience.
