Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on client and system needs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, and improve system performance and availability.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
- Capture client requirements and feedback, respond to customer requests, and maintain effective customer communication.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skills in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software, code, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software solutions.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis and evaluate software-hardware interfaces and performance requirements.
- Ability to create technical documentation, reports, test cases, and project status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering staff, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer communication, documentation, reporting, and business etiquette skills.
