Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
- Own software components and subsystems across design, coding, testing, integration, deployment, and enhancements.
- Write high-quality code and solve performance bottlenecks using debugging and optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with management, product, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver quality work on schedule.
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical role model for code quality.
- Develop and scale backend systems for large enterprise applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong Java and object-oriented development skills.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise backend systems and working with RDBMS and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience with Java, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, ELK Stack, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, problem-solving, ownership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience developing at large scale and in cloud environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
