Base Salary
$165k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert on Snowflake’s AI and ML features for customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate with account teams and customer champions to drive successful POCs and technical wins.
- Influence AI and ML roadmaps by providing customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Publish technical content to help scale team efforts, including blog posts and presentations.
- Maintain and tailor Sales Engineering AI and ML selling assets for customer engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
- Familiarity with generative AI techniques such as RAG, few shot learning, and prompt engineering.
- Deep knowledge of Python and common ML packages like LangChain, pandas, sklearn, and PyTorch.
- Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in relevant fields preferred.
