Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications with React/Next.js front ends and Python or Node.js back ends.
- Integrate agentic AI orchestration, tool or function calling, automated validation, evaluation, and workflow automation into production systems.
- Build and consume RAG pipelines involving embedding generation, vector search, and context construction for LLM-powered features.
- Design and ship authenticated, RBAC-enabled, multi-tenant APIs using gateway and microservice patterns.
- Implement queue-based asynchronous processing and integrate real-time voice and avatar capabilities.
- Design and optimize schemas, indexes, and queries across relational and NoSQL data stores.
- Deploy and operate containerized applications on cloud infrastructure.
- Apply encryption, secrets management, SSO, audit logging, and other enterprise security practices.
- Build internal automation tooling and contribute reusable intellectual property and technical innovation.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack delivery.
- Strong experience with React, Next.js or Vite, HTML5/CSS3, and Tailwind CSS or an equivalent component library.
- Strong Python experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django and/or Node.js with Express, including API design and microservices.
- Production experience integrating agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, including tool or function calling and multi-step orchestration.
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG patterns, embeddings, vector search, context construction, and multiple proprietary or open-source LLM providers.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Azure AI Foundry, or equivalent AWS/GCP automation and serverless stacks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and at least one of MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
- Experience shipping production APIs with authentication, RBAC, and multi-tenant design.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; MCA/M.Tech is a plus.
- Familiarity with Neo4j or knowledge-graph-backed applications, multi-cloud deployment, CI/CD tools, real-time conversational voice or avatar integrations, sensitive-data handling, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Figma is preferred.
