Expert 3D C++ Software Engineer

- Define and own technical products and features, including their vision and requirements.
- Prototype solutions that optimize manufacturing processes and support product design for manufacturing.
- Develop scalable automated CAD/CAM systems for medical device mass production.
- Design solutions for 3D printing, laser marking, and laser trimming.
- Design, develop, debug, maintain, and document software components.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, process engineering, product management, SQA, and internal testing teams to improve products.
- Draft high-level technical architecture for new products and features.
- Define User Acceptance Testing scenarios.
- Research emerging technologies and implement effective solutions in production.
- Mentor junior and mid-level teammates and oversee software from concept through release.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or a similar field.
- At least 12 years of professional experience developing software in C++.
- At least 5 years of experience with CAD/CAM systems or 3D computational geometry development.
- Strong knowledge of numerical mathematics, linear algebra, analytical geometry, and statistics.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, program management, and internal customers on objectives, requirements, and design.
- Experience with C++17.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn other programming languages where applicable.
