Base Salary
$249k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and own the security posture assessment rule framework.
- Build and maintain a scalable rule authoring and lifecycle management system.
- Continuously monitor the evolving threat and compliance landscape.
- Define the risk scoring and prioritization model for security posture.
- Collaborate with platform engineering teams for efficient rule execution.
- Engage with customers to understand compliance requirements.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape the NSPM roadmap.
- Mentor engineers and security analysts on posture rule design.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a senior role focused on network security posture.
- Deep experience with Network Security Posture Management platforms.
- Comprehensive knowledge of major security standards and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of network device security across multi-vendor environments.
- Proven ability to operate across strategic and technical dimensions.
