Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight and quality control through code reviews, mentoring, and consistent engineering standards.
- Design, develop, maintain, and support high-quality native Android applications.
- Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver new mobile features.
- Contribute to application architecture, data models, technical strategy, testing practices, and documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Android development experience using Java and/or Kotlin.
- Experience with Android Studio, UX designers, HTTP, and consumption of JSON web services.
- Knowledge of unit testing, automated UI testing, and static code analysis.
- Solid understanding of common design patterns such as MVC and MVVM.
- Demonstrable experience architecting and building efficient mobile applications and data models.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation for development teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, curiosity, and resilience.
