Base Salary
$221k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical pre-sales support for enterprise prospects and customers, including product, API, and LLM-related guidance.
- Build and present demos, scope use cases, recommend architecture patterns, and provide technical advisory.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs based on recurring pre-sales questions and requirements.
- Develop customer relationships throughout evaluation, validation, and purchasing.
- Gather customer feedback, identify cross-customer themes, and represent the customer voice in product planning.
- Answer initial security and compliance questions, explain standardized collateral, direct customers to relevant resources, and escalate complex requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or a similar role.
- 4+ years of experience selling to enterprise customers and managing C-level technical and business relationships in complex global organizations.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
- Experience providing higher-level security and compliance support.
- Foundational training in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Experience delivering prototypes of generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
- Knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain business and technical topics to senior leaders.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end, learn missing knowledge, collaborate effectively, and support team success.
