Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and the broader Microsoft stack.
- Build Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, Dataverse solutions, connectors, integrations, Copilot Studio agents, and AI Builder models.
- Design Power BI data ingestion, modeling, reports, dashboards, security, embedding, deployment, and performance solutions.
- Administer and govern Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, environments, DLP policies, tenant governance, and the CoE Starter Kit.
- Implement ALM using solution layering, Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Power Platform CLI, and source control.
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts and use JavaScript, TypeScript, and C# for extensions.
- Conduct customer discovery, write scopes and levels of effort, present technical solutions, and build strategic customer relationships.
- Troubleshoot flow failures, delegation issues, application performance, DAX performance, and query performance.
- Migrate legacy Nintex, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, and Microsoft Access automations to Power Platform.
- Support large-scale global deployments across multiple locations.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena.
- 6–10 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting business applications on the Microsoft stack.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience and at least 5 years working with Microsoft SharePoint Power Platform.
- 2–3 years of Power BI development and Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online administration experience.
- At least 3 years of Microsoft and networking technical experience, including strong understanding of WAN/LAN technologies.
- Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, connectors, Azure integrations, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, governance, and ALM.
- Strong Power BI skills, including Power Query, dataflows, data modeling, DAX, reports, dashboards, row-level security, deployment pipelines, scheduled refresh, and tenant settings.
- Extensive PowerShell experience, including Power Platform administration and Power BI management modules; working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
- Strong customer engagement, communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and technical explanation skills.
- Experience with large-scale global deployments and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online technologies.
- Microsoft PL-400 and/or PL-300 certification is highly desired, along with relevant Microsoft technology certifications and Power Platform development certification.
