Responsibilities
- Support ERP program delivery through requirements gathering, design, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Apply SAP Activate or traditional ERP delivery methodologies.
- Contribute to business case development, PMO functions, and change management activities.
- Gain exposure to multiple SAP modules and value streams, including Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
- Participate in client workshops and meetings to align solution scope with business priorities.
- Own discrete workstreams or modules under supervision and contribute to rapid assessments and as-is analyses.
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs.
- Use AI-enabled productivity tools for research, documentation, analysis, and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in ERP systems.
- Consulting or systems-integrator background with functional SAP experience in at least one module.
- Client-facing experience with exposure to PMO, delivery, or change management.
- Understanding of ERP delivery phases and program structures.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate or traditional ERP delivery methodologies.
- University degree in a STEM-related field or business management.
- Advanced degrees such as an MBA or MSc are advantageous.
- Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools or generative AI is expected.
