Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery with strategic customers and translate business challenges into tailored AI use cases.
- Prototype and build secure, scalable LLM and agent systems using RAG, tools, guardrails, and enterprise integrations.
- Lead end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects, including implementation, adoption, and value realization.
- Develop ROI/TCO models and present technical and business outcomes to C-suite executives and other stakeholders.
- Apply domain and industry expertise to create reusable methodologies and assets for industry-specific solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of executive-facing presales or value engineering experience, including technical-close support and accountable Proof-of-Value execution.
- Experience with ROI/TCO modeling, visionary AI transformation narratives, and executive presentations or demonstrations.
- Knowledge of business processes and industries such as supply chain or finance.
- Proficiency in Python, API design, SQL, data integration, and machine learning or AI libraries.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, tool use or function calling, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, or enterprise agentic patterns.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, MLOps or LLMOps, and lifecycle management across cloud services.
- Understanding of cloud reference architectures, identity and access, data governance, privacy, and compliance.
- Applied knowledge of optimization, statistical analysis, reinforcement learning, or forecasting is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills, exceptional executive presence, and fluent English; Dutch is preferred.
- A master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business engineering, business information, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
