Responsibilities
- Onboard customers and provide guidance on product deployment, integration, and production setup.
- Deploy, scale, and support AI applications across consumer and industrial use cases.
- Work across GPU infrastructure, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, backend and frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on complex customer projects.
- Contribute to open-source codebases for inference and fine-tuning.
- Participate in pre-sales calls, understand customer needs, and explain Mistral technologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end execution and technical strategy for high-stakes customer projects.
Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
- Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production.
- Fluency in Python.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
- Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: experience as a Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Product Manager.
- Preferred: familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Preferred: contributions to open-source DevOps or AI projects.
