Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy Linkup API integrations into customer and partner agentic systems.
- Support pre-sales through technical discovery, proof-of-concept design, and demo environments.
- Debug integrations and solve ambiguous technical challenges in customer environments.
- Collaborate with backend, ML, and product teams on performance and reliability at scale.
- Implement integrations with workflow orchestration and AI framework partners.
- Translate technical concepts for developer and business audiences.
- Turn customer learnings into automation, tutorials, playbooks, use cases, and reference architectures.
- Identify recurring customer needs that can become productized templates or automation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support engineering, software engineering, or solutions engineering, including direct application development experience.
- Strong API integration skills, including REST/JSON payloads, authentication flows, and latency optimization.
- Understanding of web infrastructure, distributed systems, or retrieval pipelines.
- Ability to debug integrations and solve ambiguous technical challenges in customer environments.
- Clear and empathetic communication with technical and business audiences.
- Interest in AI infrastructure, retrieval, and the emerging agentic ecosystem.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
